Description
The City of Detroit intends to award B&R Sales and Leasing a sole-source agreement to rent two mobile office trailers for the Detroit Police Department. The trailers are specified at 520–650 square feet, with HVAC, tile flooring, desks, two offices, a bathroom, 100-amp/240V power, internet and camera connectivity, two axles, and an OSHA-compliant three-step stair system. Waste management services are included. The notice invites interested parties who believe they can meet the requirement to submit clear and convincing evidence of their capability; it is not a request for competitive proposals.
