Description
Challenge Charter School is soliciting proposals for a one-, three-, or five-year contract to manage its existing eligible internal broadband equipment. The scope includes ongoing management, monitoring, maintenance, configuration updates, network optimization, proactive identification and resolution of performance issues, and remote and on-site technical support for troubleshooting, repairs, and staff assistance. The provider must supply software updates, security patches, bug fixes, performance reports, service documentation, and incident records; support scalability and provide service-level agreements, response times, and escalation procedures. Proposals must separately identify eligible and non-eligible costs and include SKU, make, model, pricing, installation, testing, taxes, fees, and shipping where applicable. Vendors must be registered with USAC, hold a valid SPIN, comply with E-Rate and FCC national-security requirements, and submit the completed E-Rate Service Provider Bid Response Worksheet. Evidence of liability and workers' compensation insurance is preferred with the proposal, while cyber and errors-and-omissions coverage of $1,000,000 each is also preferred.
