Description
The Huron-Clinton Metropolitan Authority seeks to establish a non-exclusive, one-year list of pre-qualified contractors for as-needed trade services at its Metroparks. Work may include HVAC, electrical, plumbing and backflow prevention, door, roofing and siding, window, well, survey, pump, concrete, boiler, and road and parking-lot striping services. Contractors must provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, applicable licenses, insurance, warranties, cleanup, and itemized project records. Individual projects may be up to $25,000, with work issued at the Authority's discretion and no guaranteed minimum quantity or compensation. Addendum 1 clarifies that only time on site is billable, travel time and minimum-hour charges are not allowed, and equipment rental costs must be included in the stated markup. An initial proof of insurance may be included with the response. Responses are evaluated on experience and qualifications, capacity, and pricing, and are subject to FOIA.
