Description
Forest Hills Public Schools is soliciting construction services for mechanical improvements at Thornapple Elementary School. Bidders must be reputable organizations with at least five years of successful experience on work of this type and scope, hold required licenses, and have sufficient financial resources for the project. Each bid must include bid security or a bid bond of at least 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder must provide performance, labor, and material bonds for contracts exceeding $50,000, each for the full contract amount, from a surety company rated A- or better. A sworn and notarized Familial Disclosure Statement is also required. Bids must be submitted in triplicate by mail; faxed, emailed, and BuildingConnected uploads are not accepted.
