Grand Rapids Public Schools is soliciting qualifications and fee proposals from a professional service contractor to provide full architectural and engineering services for renovations and improvements at Union High School, Harrison Park Academy, and Campus Elementary. The scope includes programming, architectural design, structural, civil, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, interior, landscape, acoustical, technology, security, and energy-efficiency services, as applicable, along with cost estimating, design documentation, coordination with the construction manager, bidding assistance, construction administration, site visits, progress reporting, and project closeout support. The projects are part of the district's 2023 Bond Program. The stated projected total program budgets are approximately $6,983,000 for Union High School, $11,641,000 for Harrison Park Academy, and $10,982,000 for Campus Elementary. Respondents must submit separate technical qualifications and fee proposals, demonstrate relevant experience and references, identify key personnel and consultants, address diversity and inclusion, provide requested district forms, and state any contract exceptions or requested modifications.
