Description
Kent ISD is seeking proposals for Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections covering UPS and battery-backup equipment at 11 buildings. The scope includes repair and upkeep of 78 listed units, basic technical support, configuration changes, software upgrades and patches, estimated labor hours and materials, testing, and related installation or maintenance support. Bidders may propose equipment, labor, or both, and must separately identify eligible and ineligible products and services and provide annual pricing for the requested three-year term. The response must include a detailed bill of materials identifying each proposed component by manufacturer, part number, unit cost, and quantity; the bidder's USF Service Provider Identification Number; required affidavits and bid forms; at least four similar-work references, including one school or school district; and applicable prevailing-wage documentation. The project includes a three-year warranty or follow-on support requirement, with work scheduled across the listed school facilities and performance beginning July 1, 2027.
