Description
The University of Washington is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from experienced firms to provide on-call cost and financial review, analysis, and audit services for design and construction projects managed by UW Facilities at university locations in Seattle, Tacoma, and Bothell. The scope may include construction contract cost review and audit, financial analysis, overhead calculations, labor-record testing, analysis of labor, material, and equipment overruns, change-order rate development, labor distribution studies, and construction- or design-related claims analysis. Attestation services are expressly excluded. Respondents must demonstrate at least five years of relevant experience and continuous Washington licensure, or the ability to obtain it, and provide evidence of insurance. Responses must include the required proposal narrative, project examples, staff qualifications and resumes, organizational chart, approach and methodology, Business Equity Enterprises discussion, references, sample report format, Personal Data Agreement, business license or UBI information, and evidence of insurance. The written narrative is limited to 10 single-sided pages, excluding specified items such as the introductory letter, table of contents, resumes, section dividers, and appendices. The initial master-agreement term is two years, with two optional two-year extensions, for a maximum of six years.
