Description
The City of Yakima is requesting Statements of Qualifications from experienced consulting firms to provide professional architectural and engineering design services for renovating portions of Level 01 of the Former Bank of America Building at 101 N. 2nd Street. The project will support City Council functions, YPAC operations, and related City services. The scope includes the City Council Wing, including Council Chambers, a City Council Office, an AV/control booth, two conference rooms, three access-controlled entry points, a service counter at the Council Wing/City Clerk interface, and emergency-egress improvements. The selected Architect of Record will confirm and refine the renovation boundaries and coordinate structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low-voltage, and technology engineering disciplines, including subconsultants.
