Description
Kittitas Reclamation District is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the North Branch Pump Lateral Lining Project, 2026/27 Reach 2. The work covers approximately 7,200 linear feet between Stations 73+00 and 145+00 and includes replacement of an earth-lined canal with a concrete-lined canal, geomembrane installation, concrete structures, irrigation turnouts, check structures, drainage and undershot improvements, access-road construction, earthwork, erosion and sediment control, fencing, gates, cattle-guard work, and site restoration. Bidders must submit the District's completed Bid Form and Bidder's Certification, a 5 percent bid bond, evidence of authority and Washington contractor registration, a separately sealed Statement of Qualifications packet, and any applicable subcontractor and supplier list. The project is subject to state and federal prevailing-wage requirements, Buy American Act requirements, insurance obligations, and full payment and performance bonding after award. Substantial completion is required by April 10, 2027, with final completion by October 9, 2027.
