The Washington State Auditor's Office, through the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services, is conducting a market search for approximately 1,912 BOMA rentable square feet of office space in Yakima County, within a 10-mile radius of the City of Yakima. The desired lease term is five years, with occupancy desired on September 1, 2026. The proposed space must be complete, code-compliant, enclosed, conditioned, and equipped with plumbing, power, and lighting. The agency's program includes walled offices, a conference room for at least 16 people, collaboration space for four people, touchdown stations, a secured IT cabinet, and a breakroom or lunchroom with a sink, refrigerator, and counter space. The facility should meet applicable Washington State Energy Code requirements, and advantageous features include employee and customer parking, public transportation access, low energy use intensity, and location outside the 100-year flood plain. The lessor must provide proof of ownership before lease drafting, and the lease will use Washington State-approved lease documents.
