Description
The United States Air Force requires recurring exterior washing of HC-130J aircraft at Kirtland Air Force Base. The contractor must provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control, and personal protective equipment while complying with applicable aircraft-maintenance, environmental, safety, and installation-security requirements. The acquisition is for commercial services under a firm-fixed-price purchase order and is subject to the availability of Fiscal Year 2027 funds. The total small-business set-aside covers one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The estimated five-year budget is $250,000 to $300,000, although the Government may award outside that range. Quotes will be comparatively evaluated on technical approach, relevant experience, and total evaluated price. Required submissions are a technical solution limited to five pages, the completed Attachment 3 - Experience form with up to three experiences and a two-page limit per experience, and the completed Attachment 4 - Schedule. The quote deadline has been extended to September 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. MDT.
