Description
The Department of the Navy is soliciting a contractor to repair, upgrade, test, inspect, and return four aircraft fan fairings to Ready-for-Issue condition. The contractor must provide the necessary facility, labor, materials, replacement parts, tooling, testing equipment, repair procedures, and inspection documentation. Work must follow the applicable repair manuals, Rohr drawing 314-2100-4, current approved specifications, MIL-STD-130 marking requirements, and applicable packaging requirements. The contractor must identify the repair source and actual work location, maintain appropriate purchased-parts controls and a quality system conforming to ISO 9001 or SAE AS9100, and provide enclosed warehouse storage for items awaiting repair or shipment.
