NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support is seeking a contractor to repair, upgrade, test, inspect, and return one fairing assembly (part number 06207-03013-047; NSN 7RH 1560 017231503 H5) to a Ready for Issue condition. The contractor must provide the required facility, labor, materials, parts, tooling, testing equipment, repair procedures, and inspection documentation. Work includes component repair or replacement, reassembly, testing, inspection, quality control, configuration management, packaging, and storage. Repairs must be performed at the facility identified in the Statement of Work and in accordance with applicable drawings, repair manuals, and technical publications. The requirement is a sole-source or limited-source acquisition because the Government lacks sufficient technical data to contract with another source. New sources require Government Source Approval before award and must submit all information required by the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure with their proposal. The contractor must maintain an ISO 9001 or SAE AS9100-compliant quality system and an acceptable calibration program, and must obtain Government approval for specified changes to repair sources, facilities, materials, drawings, and procedures.
