Description
The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to repair and upgrade NRP Cabinet Assembly C1 components, part number 1025396G-1 and NSN 1680-01-610-2285, and return them to a Ready for Issue condition. The scope includes disassembly, inspection, component repair or replacement, reassembly, testing, acceptance inspection, marking, packaging, and storage. The contractor must provide the required facility, labor, materials, parts, tooling, and test equipment unless specifically identified as Government-furnished. The contractor must perform the work in accordance with the latest approved repair technical drawings and publications, maintain repair, inspection, testing, configuration-management, and quality-control documentation, and operate a quality system meeting ISO 9001, SAE AS9100, or an accepted equivalent. The required repair turnaround time is 180 days after receipt of each asset. The contractor must also provide a monthly throughput constraint, maintain historical records for each processed item, support Government review and repair-assessment testing, and obtain approval for deviations, over-and-above repairs, source changes, and certain replacement parts.
