Description
The U.S. Navy's NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support is soliciting repair, upgrade, overhaul, testing, inspection, and acceptance services for seven mainframe aircraft accessories, part number 7287902G1 and NSN 1680-01-661-8913. The contractor must return the units to Ready for Issue condition in accordance with the latest applicable repair technical publications, drawings, and approved procedures. The scope includes component repair and replacement, reassembly, testing, inspection, packaging, storage, and required markings. The contractor must provide the facility, labor, parts, materials, tooling, test equipment, and inspection resources necessary to perform the work. Requirements include a documented quality-control system, Repair Quality Plan, calibration program, configuration management, purchased-material controls, historical records for each unit, failure-analysis and corrective-action reporting, and compliance with applicable military and aerospace quality standards. Repairs must be performed at the identified repair facility; deviations, source changes, and certain beyond-economical-repair, missing-on-induction, or over-and-above conditions require Government approval. The solicitation incorporates the terms of BOA N00383-23-G-DT01.
