Description
The U.S. Department of the Navy, through NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia, is soliciting offers for repair and modification of PGMC LRM, Aircraft, M components, part number 110K080G04 and NSN 1680-01-581-7851. The contractor must provide the facility, labor, materials, replacement parts, tooling, testing, inspection, and related equipment needed to return the items to a ready-for-issue condition in accordance with the latest applicable repair publications and approved technical requirements. The scope includes overhaul, upgrade, component repair and replacement, reassembly, testing, inspection, quality control, configuration management, process-control documentation, storage, packaging, and repair assessment support. The contractor must perform the work at the identified repair facility, maintain applicable ISO 9001 or SAE AS9100 quality controls and calibration systems, supply necessary parts and materials unless government-furnished, and obtain government approval for deviations, source changes, and certain beyond-economical-repair, missing-on-induction, or over-and-above repair determinations.
