Description
The U.S. Navy is soliciting quotes for the repair and upgrade of Dampener, Flutter components, part number 25-015, NSN 1650-00-970-6672, to a Ready-for-Issue condition. The contractor must provide the facility, labor, materials, replacement parts, tooling, testing, inspection, storage, and packaging necessary to perform the work in accordance with approved drawings, repair procedures, and applicable military standards. The work includes receiving inspection, troubleshooting, component repair or replacement, reassembly, acceptance testing, quality-control documentation, failure analysis, corrective action, configuration management, and historical records for each processed item. Repairs must be performed at the contractor's identified facility, with government source approval required before award for non-approved sources. The contractor must maintain an ISO 9001, SAE AS9100, or equivalent quality system and provide throughput information and repair-turnaround performance.
