Description
The U.S. Department of the Navy, through NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia, requires repair and upgrade of two low-voltage power supply line-replaceable modules (LRMs), part number 77A566336P1 and NSN 1680-01-561-4724. The contractor must provide the facility, labor, materials, parts, tooling, testing, inspection, and related equipment needed to restore the units to a ready-for-issue condition in accordance with the latest applicable repair technical publications, drawings, and approved procedures. The scope includes component repair and replacement, reassembly, testing, inspection, quality-control documentation, repair-history records, configuration management, MIL-STD-130 marking, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. The contractor must maintain an appropriate quality system, calibration program, enclosed warehouse environment, and repair/test procedures. Repairs must be performed at the facility identified in the statement of work; the document identifies Lockheed Martin Corp., Division MST, 497 Electronics Parkway, Building 5, Liverpool, New York 13088-6062, CAGE code 03538, as the repair source/location. Deviations, repair-source changes, beyond-economical-repair determinations, and over-and-above work require specified Government approvals.
