Description
The U.S. Navy is soliciting a contractor to repair and upgrade a control panel aircraft component, part number 8531129-920 and NSN 1680-01-548-7128, and return it to Ready for Issue condition. The scope includes troubleshooting, component repair or replacement, reassembly, testing, inspection, required materials and parts, tooling, packaging, storage, and related quality documentation. Repairs must comply with applicable drawings, repair manuals, MIL-STD-130 marking requirements, MIL-STD-2073 packaging requirements, and approved configuration-management procedures. The contractor must perform final inspection and obtain Government acceptance within 121 days after receipt of each asset, report transactions through the Commercial Asset Visibility system, maintain quality and calibration systems meeting specified military, ISO 9001, or SAE AS9100-equivalent requirements, and provide repair, test, inspection, and historical records. The contractor must identify the repair source and actual work location, provide a monthly throughput constraint, and supply all necessary parts, materials, facilities, labor, and test equipment unless Government-furnished material is specifically identified.
