Description
The Idaho Division of Public Works is seeking contractors to provide plumbing services at state facilities in Southwest Idaho. Work may include small repairs, demolition, renovations, new installations, rough-ins, plumbing supply and waste piping, and plumbing fixtures, as well as 24-hour emergency response. Multiple projects may be issued, potentially up to $200,000 per project, with plans and specifications provided when needed. Contractors must perform at least 20% of the work with their own directly employed forces. A State of Idaho Public Works Contractor's License is required to bid, and a $10,000 bid bond is required.
