Description
The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS), a department of Texas Region 8 Education Service Center, is seeking reliable national vendors to provide maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies and related services to participating public entities and qualifying nonprofit organizations throughout the United States. The procurement is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity solicitation intended to establish contracts for use through adoption or “piggyback” agreements when members need the offered goods or services; it is not for a specific project or fixed quantity. The solicitation package includes required contractor qualification and data information, two pricing forms, a vendor agreement, a vendor agreement signature form, and a required confidentiality claim form. Conflict of Interest Questionnaire Form CIQ and Standard Form LLL for disclosure of lobbying activities are required only when applicable based on the proposer’s circumstances and responses to the solicitation attributes. All required forms must be downloaded, completed as instructed, and uploaded to the designated response-attachment locations.
