Description
The County of Riverside Department of Public Social Services is soliciting quotations for a blanket purchase order covering as-needed appliance diagnostics, repairs, and parts at the Harmony Haven Children & Youth Center. The scope includes electric stoves, electric and stack-combination dryers, dishwashers, washing machines, refrigerators, freezers, chest freezers, compact freezers, and drawer freezers. Work is limited to appliances and excludes county dwellings and building structures. Services must be performed on-site during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The contractor must provide pricing for residential and commercial appliances, including diagnostic and assessment fees, travel fees, hourly labor rates, emergency and after-hours rates, parts discounts, response times, and warranty information. Vendors must maintain a business license, provide evidence of insurability, and be registered with the California Secretary of State, California Franchise Tax Board, and SAM.gov. Exhibit A, a two-page cost proposal, must be completed and uploaded through the procurement portal.
