Description
CEA FRANCOachat is inviting new respondents to qualify for a supplier roster providing as-needed multi-trade works, miscellaneous small projects, and emergency repairs for participating school boards. Trade categories include electrician, plumber, HVAC technician, general labourer, carpenter, locksmith, roofing services, and ground work. Suppliers must provide labor, materials, equipment, vehicles, ladders, and tools, and employ skilled and qualified tradespeople. Work may include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, general maintenance, locksmith, and roofing repairs and installations, performed in accordance with applicable codes, standards, regulations, and manufacturer requirements. The qualification process establishes eligibility for future, non-exclusive second-stage assignments rather than guaranteeing a defined volume or value of work. Respondents may select individual trade and geographic-zone decisions and must submit the required qualification information, Appendix C submission form, questionnaire, and applicable pricing templates through the electronic bidding system. The master framework agreement remains in effect until terminated or the supplier is removed from the qualified supplier roster; new suppliers may apply during annual refreshes.
