Description
The City of Lubbock seeks qualified vendors to provide as-needed commercial trades, repair, maintenance, and specialty services for City facilities. Potential categories include fence repair, electrical, plumbing, doors and hardware, HVAC, flooring, window coverings, parking lot striping and sweeping, and camera and access-control system installation, programming, and maintenance. Vendors may submit for selected categories, and the City may make multiple awards, including primary and secondary providers. Proposals must include company qualifications, licensing and certifications, technical approach and service-delivery information, category-specific pricing, references, and required forms. Pricing must address regular, after-hours, and emergency labor; materials markups; unit pricing where applicable; and equipment costs. The initial contract term is one year with four additional one-year renewal options. Services will be ordered as needed, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum volume.
