Description
Goodbuy Purchasing Cooperative is establishing one or more contracts for facility services involving building and equipment maintenance and repair, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related services. Vendors may bid on the service categories they offer and must provide hourly or per-job rates, service descriptions, catalog or price-list information, and any applicable discounts. The resulting cooperative contract will serve participating members and is scheduled to run from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with a possible mutually agreed one-year renewal. The solicitation requires completion of several certifications and forms, including a W-9, regional service map, EDGAR Vendor Certification, Form 1295 documentation, construction-related advisory, DEI policy, and other online bid attributes. A $50 nonrefundable administrative fee is also required, and awarded vendors must remit a 2% participation fee on member sales.
