Description
The Town of Crested Butte is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to remove the existing R-panel roof system and install a new R-panel roof and insulation system at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The replacement must be performed in kind because of the building's designed load ratings, and the contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and related services. The bid package must include a completed and signed Bid Form and Bid Schedule, bid security equal to 5% of the total bid, acknowledgment of addenda if issued, contractor qualifications and similar-project references, proposed subcontractors and major suppliers, a preliminary construction schedule and project duration, licensing and business-registration evidence, insurance or insurability evidence, and applicable certifications, affidavits, and funding-program forms. The successful bidder must furnish 100% performance and payment bonds and post-award insurance documentation.
