Description
The U.S. Forest Service seeks three accessible concrete double-vault toilets for a remote outdoor campground setting. Required features include a brown finish; shake-shingle roof; board-and-batten, barnwood, or lap walls with rock bottom; ADA-compliant construction; a plastic toilet riser; no urinal; a six-roll toilet-paper dispenser; solar vent fan; and chain door strap. The requirement is for standard commercial vaulted toilets on a brand-name-or-equal basis, with sufficient descriptive literature, product specifications, datasheets, or brochures to demonstrate compliance with all salient characteristics. The contractor must deliver and place the toilets at the designated campground locations. The Forest Service will perform excavation, site preparation, grading, and final site work. Delivery of all items is required within 180 days after receipt of order, and the anticipated award is a firm-fixed-price contract with one award. Quotations must include pricing for all items and will be evaluated using a lowest-price-technically-acceptable approach, including technical acceptability and acceptable or neutral past performance.
