Pueblo Community College is proposing a sole-source procurement for an InVeris FATS VR-2 trainee system. The requested package includes an instructor station, network router, perpetual FATS VR software license, two VR headsets, batteries, charging equipment and cables, a transport case, freight, and a one-year hardware warranty and support period. The quotation also identifies separate VR training weapons and accessories, including Glock 17 pistols, M4 rifles, Taser 7 devices, flashlights, batteries, chargers, and cables. The scope includes one day and four hours of on-site system installation and initial system/operator training. An extended hardware warranty and support option is also identified. The notice states that this is a sole-source procurement, not a request for bid or proposal, and that responses may be submitted only by telephone or email; electronic submissions through the Colorado VSS system will not be accepted.
