Description
Wicomico County is seeking a qualified vendor to evaluate the Wicomico Civic Center, photograph the venue and individual spaces, and build a 4K (3840x2160) 360-degree virtual tour suitable for hosting on the venue website. The scope includes the Normandy Arena and catwalk, arena lobby and concessions, backstage and truck bay, Midway Room, Café, Flanders Rooms and patio, Danang Rooms, parking lots, entrances, sidewalks, and other exterior areas. The vendor must be able to climb a 12–15-foot ladder to photograph the arena catwalk and rigging approximately 44 feet above the arena floor. The work includes a preliminary on-site evaluation and planning meeting, scheduling photography, tour development, up to two rounds of client-requested revisions, and final delivery. Proposals must address qualifications and key personnel, relevant project experience, work samples or portfolio, hosting-platform information and recurring costs, references, project timeline, and fees. The solicitation also requires a Maryland Certificate of Good Standing, completed principal and affidavit forms, three similar-project references from the last 12–36 months, and responses to the listed vendor certifications and disclosures. Uploaded files must be in PDF, DOCX, or XLSX format; operating-system-specific formats such as Pages, Numbers, ODT, and RTF are not acceptable.
