Description
Humble Independent School District is establishing an approved vendor list for recurring, as-needed photography and videography services through June 30, 2027. The scope includes senior portraits, individual and class photographs, athletic portraits and team pictures, panoramic graduating-class and group photographs, special-event still photography and videography, photo booths, and 360 photo/video booths. Vendors must provide applicable pricing, discounts, school commissions, customer references, and a catalog or brochure or website link. Requirements include providing specified complimentary photographs to the District, packaging and delivering photographs by class, teacher, or sport, handling customer complaints and adjustments within 48 hours, providing retake and refund policies, and complying with District campus, student-safety, background-check, and insurance requirements when applicable. Awards may be made to multiple vendors and do not guarantee any purchase volume.
