Description
The U.S. Department of Defense is conducting a Sources Sought notice to assess industry capabilities and inform the acquisition strategy for a follow-on Information Analysis Centers Multiple Award Contract. The contemplated indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract would provide customized research and development services to DoD services, combatant commands, laboratories, and other defense and federal agencies across specialized technical focus areas, including artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, cybersecurity, hypersonics, quantum, space, military sensing, modeling and simulation, and weapons systems. Interested businesses must complete the attached 13-page contractor questionnaire. The questionnaire requests company profile information, socioeconomic status, facility clearances, accounting-system status, certifications, financial viability, technical focus-area capabilities, feedback on the proposed contract and source-selection strategy, laboratory capabilities, past-performance feedback, and small-business and on-ramp/off-ramp strategy input. Responses are voluntary and limited to the questionnaire; additional materials will not be reviewed or considered. This notice is for acquisition planning only and is not a solicitation or commitment to award a contract.
