Description
The Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada requires independent information-management and information-technology research, tools, and advisory support for initiatives including IM/IT strategic planning, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, data management, cloud infrastructure, modernization, IT leadership, and related priorities. The requirement includes access to an IM/IT research library, document and artefact review, vetting and advice, and contractor resource question-and-answer support sessions. The opportunity is limited to holders of Supply Arrangement EN578-260567 and uses a highest-combined-rating-of-technical-merit-and-price selection process. The proposed contract period runs from contract award through September 30, 2027, with one option period; the notice separately estimates a 12-month contract period.
