Description
The National Research Council of Canada requires Tier 1 executive-level information management and information technology research and advisory services for its IT executives, managers, and technical staff. The requirement includes access to an electronic self-service platform containing research articles, reports, templates, blueprints, white papers, and strategic planning guides, along with contractor resource guidance and tailored insights to support strategic and operational decision-making and adoption of industry best practices. The opportunity is limited to qualified Supply Arrangement Holders under EN578 - 260567 and is intended to result in one contract. The proposed contract period is November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027. No security clearance or corporate/resource security requirement is applicable. The procurement is identified as a competitive selective Request for Proposal with lowest-price selection criteria.
