Description
The Food and Drug Administration's Center for Tobacco Products intends to award a sole-source contract for subscription access to ECig Intelligence and Tobacco Intelligence platforms. The requirement includes licenses for at least 10 users and 24-hour remote access to global tobacco product market data, including incidence and usage rates, market size and growth, product forms, pricing, brands, distribution channels, competitor analysis, and technical product characteristics. The subscription must also provide U.S., European, and international tobacco regulatory trackers; downloadable market reports, spreadsheets, and regulatory data; tobacco-product media, news, events, and key-holder databases; daily U.S. regulatory alerts; a dedicated account manager; analyst access; up to 12 scheduled conference calls; monthly usage reporting; and at least one training session. The contractor must be the software OEM or an authorized reseller/servicing agent. The anticipated structure is a firm-fixed-price base year with four one-year option periods.
