Description
Mountain Regional Water Special Service District, with Archer Western, is soliciting bids for the Signal Hill Water Treatment Plant Optimization project. The work includes construction and supply scopes, including water-treatment infrastructure, electrical distribution equipment, and related process and building systems. Addendum No. 1 revises the bid date to October 22, 2026, adds a hydrophobic polyurethane resin injection system specification, and modifies other technical specifications, drawings, and pricing information. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of the addendum on the Bid Form. The project is federally funded and includes applicable American Iron and Steel, Davis-Bacon, and disadvantaged business enterprise requirements.
