Description
Bowling Green State University is soliciting proposals for one or more mobile camera surveillance trailers for its Public Safety department. Vendors may propose smaller trailers with a minimum 25-square-foot footprint, larger trailers with a minimum 60-square-foot footprint, or both; the University may purchase one or multiple units and may make a partial or multiple award. Desired capabilities include a self-contained battery preferably powered by solar panels, backup power, LTE web-based connectivity, internal hard-drive recording, a collapsible mast, 365-degree camera coverage, live streaming and recording, technical support, and a standard warranty. Vendors must submit pricing inclusive of a five-year software subscription and delivery, shipping, and handling. Required submission materials include the Mobile Camera Trailer Information Sheet, Pricing Worksheet, vendor-prepared Mobile Camera Trailer Specification Sheet(s), and a W-9. An active OhioPays supplier status and Supplier/Payee ID are required at bid submission. Delivery and invoicing must occur by May 31, 2027, and quoted pricing must remain valid through December 31, 2026.
