Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for a complete upgrade of the existing audio and speaker system in the 100th Maintenance Squadron hangar at RAF Mildenhall. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, access equipment, programming, testing, documentation, training, and incidental items required to remove the obsolete system and deliver a fully operational installation. The scope includes a site survey; system design; sixteen weather-resistant two-way loudspeakers; six subwoofers; wireless handheld, body-pack, headset, lavalier, and gooseneck microphones; digital audio matrixing; DSP amplification; media playback; tablet and wall-panel controls; wireless gateway; rack, power distribution, cabling, conduit or trunking, mounting hardware, and related materials. The contractor must install, configure, test, commission, and document the system; provide onsite operator training, warranties, and one year of onsite maintenance support. Technical documentation must be submitted separately and may not exceed 10 pages, and pricing must be provided on the Quote Sheet.
