Description
East Lansing Public Schools is soliciting bids for large-venue audio and visual upgrades. The solicitation identifies Communications by Design, Inc. as the designer and requires bidders to obtain the bid documents, drawings, and specifications from the designer. Bids must include a bid bond of at least 5% of the bid amount, an Iran Economic Sanctions disclosure, and a sworn, notarized familial-disclosure statement addressing relationships between the bidder's owner or employees and members of the school district's Board of Education or superintendent. Oral, faxed, and emailed proposals are not accepted.
