H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute is seeking proposals from qualified staffing firms to provide right-shoring staffing augmentation across finance, revenue cycle, accounting, administrative support, and related business functions. Requested roles include financial and budget analysts, accountants, accounts payable and receivable personnel, revenue-cycle and billing specialists, medical coders, clinical documentation specialists, data and business analysts, and operational support professionals. The selected partner must support scalable resource deployment, healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements, ERP and Workday-related initiatives, reporting and analytics, audit and compliance activities, credentialing and workforce access, security and privacy requirements, and quality assurance. Responses must address the vendor’s healthcare experience, right-shoring approach, Workday and healthcare-systems expertise, recruiting and retention strategy, proposed personnel, pricing, healthcare references, compliance and risk management, and numerous organizational, security, business-continuity, transition, case-study, and contractual documents. The attached pricing template requires role-specific onshore, nearshore, and offshore rates and related staffing information; the attached supplier-engagement form requires completion and submission with the proposal.
