Description
The Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration’s Office of Statewide Strategic Sourcing, on behalf of the Public Procurement Review Board, is establishing a preapproved vendor list for temporary staffing services. Vendors may bid on one or more of eight Mississippi regions and on any combination of four service categories: General Office Support, Administrative Office Support, Accounting Office Support, and Warehouse Clerks. Staffing personnel must meet the specified experience, education, office-software, communication, record-keeping, and physical-capability requirements, as applicable. Vendors must maintain sufficient staffing pools, provide personnel within 48 hours when needed, administer employment and payroll obligations, support background checks or drug screening when requested, and replace unsatisfactory personnel within 48 hours. The solicitation establishes fixed hourly rates for standard, weekend, and holiday work and anticipates a five-year PVL term, with no guaranteed minimum hours or contract award. Required bid materials include the bid cover sheet, bid form, two client reference and verification forms, certifications and assurances, public-record release form, and amendment acknowledgments. Bids may be submitted by sealed physical package or by email as a single PDF attachment no larger than 5 MB.
