Description
Montgomery County Government is seeking one contractor to provide temporary administrative and paraprofessional support personnel for County departments and agencies throughout the County. Services include recruiting, evaluating, reference checking, background screening when required, multilingual skills testing, training, placement, replacement of unsatisfactory personnel, and ongoing assignment administration. The labor categories include executive secretaries/administrative assistants, secretaries, legal assistants, accounting clerks, government associates/interns, customer service/communications agents, office workers, and executive administrative associates. The contractor must respond to approved requests within 24 hours, provide qualified personnel for short-term assignments of up to 12 months and long-term assignments beyond 12 months, and comply with applicable employee-benefit, wage, information-security, and County technology requirements. The proposal must include the required narrative qualifications, experience and capacity information, references, cost proposal, W-9, acknowledgment page, MFD subcontractor performance plan, and other specified forms and documentation. The solicitation is reserved for businesses that have applied for or are certified under Montgomery County’s Local Small Business Reserve Program and are timely registered in the County’s system.
