Description
Central Arkansas Water is conducting a Request for Information to evaluate customer self-service platforms for utility customers. Desired capabilities include mobile-friendly account management, online bill payment, payment history, multi-account management, contact updates, service requests and transfers, leak reporting, customer inquiries, authenticated and anonymous interactions, customer notifications, and alternative registration or authentication options for customers without email addresses. Respondents should describe solution architecture, deployment models, supported customer channels, integration with Cayenta, Paymentus, advanced metering infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra ID, APIs, data synchronization, security and compliance frameworks, accessibility and WCAG support, implementation approach, staffing, support, reporting, analytics, pricing, and product roadmap. Responses must address the requested questions in order, be submitted electronically as a PDF, and not exceed 50 pages. This RFI is for informational and planning purposes only; no contract will be awarded as a result.
