The Arkansas Army National Guard is conducting a sources-sought inquiry for small-business vendors capable of supplying 10 H&K Ident-no. 50253805 SDMR upper receiver kits, 16.3-inch EUC, and 10 H&K Ident-no. 51000150 complete HK417 handguards with screws. Vendors are asked to provide capability information rather than a priced proposal or formal offer.
