Description
The City of West Des Moines is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of specified HPE Aruba networking equipment for its traffic network infrastructure: five HPE Aruba CX 6300M 24-port switches (JL658A), ten 250-watt power supplies (JL085A), and five fan modules (JL669B). The exact manufacturer and model numbers are required; substitutions or equivalents will not be accepted. Equipment must be new, unused, genuine, supplied in original manufacturer packaging, obtained through authorized distribution channels, eligible for applicable U.S. manufacturer warranty and support, and intended for sale and support in the United States. The scope is limited to furnishing and delivering the equipment to the City; installation, configuration, programming, integration, network design, professional services, and managed services are excluded. The City intends to make a single aggregate award on an all-or-none basis to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. Bidders must provide itemized and aggregate pricing, delivery estimates, availability and back-order information, product compliance confirmations, warranty eligibility information, and any exceptions. The completed Bid Form must be submitted electronically through the IonWave e-bidding system; paper and emailed bids are not accepted.
