Lorain County is offering approximately 337.49 acres of county-owned airport property, identified by multiple parcel numbers in New Russia Township, for sale by sealed bid. The asking price is $70,000 per acre, and the property will be sold as-is without warranties or guarantees. The buyer is responsible for closing costs, title insurance, and applicable taxes. Bids must be submitted by November 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The successful bidder must pay the balance within 30 days of the sale and enter into a written purchase agreement within 10 days after notice of award.
