Description
Jackson County Land Reutilization Corporation is seeking bids for a demolition program that includes ten asbestos-containing properties and twenty-four non-asbestos-containing properties. The scope of work involves the demolition, removal, and disposal of all structures, including foundations, attachments, piping, electrical, paving, and fencing. Site restoration, including grading, seeding, and mulching, is also required to leave the property suitable for future development. Contractors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those related to asbestos abatement, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Asbestos removal must be conducted by a licensed asbestos contractor, and proper disposal of all materials, including hazardous waste, is required.
