Description
The West Virginia Army National Guard, through the Purchasing Division, is soliciting expressions of interest from qualified architectural/engineering firms to provide professional design services for a failing vehicle exhaust system at the Combined Support Maintenance Shop (CSMS) in Eleanor, WV. The selected firm will conduct a complete inspection of the underground exhaust system, determine the cause of failure, and provide a design fix. The project includes preparing construction bid documents suitable for state procurement, including all necessary engineering and architectural disciplines, geotechnical work if required, utility location investigation, and cost estimates. Deliverables include drawings, specifications, and cost estimates at 35%, 95%, and 100% digital submission, with three hard copies at 100%. The contract will be awarded in two phases: Phase 1 for investigative and design services, and Phase 2 for construction administration services added via change order after construction contract award.
