Description
The Wayne County Regional Land Bank Corporation is requesting sealed bids for the controlled demolition of multiple structures located at various properties within Wayne County, New York. This includes base bid work at 20 Shuler St, Lyons, NY; 11627 Ridge Rd, Huron, NY; 1438 Van Dyne Spoor Rd, Savannah, NY; and 6922 Church St, Red Creek, NY. Alternate bid work is also solicited for properties at 1840 No.39 Rd, Savannah, NY; 6472 East Townline Rd, Williamson, NY; and 35 Phelps St, Lyons, NY. The demolition must be performed in accordance with 12 NYCRR Part 56-11.5, specifically addressing controlled demolition with asbestos in place. The Land Bank disclaims responsibility for any changes in property conditions between the bidding period and the completion of work. Bidders are responsible for obtaining contract documents through the Avalon Plan Room to be considered a Plan Holder of record.
