Description
The Department of General Services Capital Programs is seeking demolition and environmental remediation services for a property located at 660 State Route 11, Glen Lyon, PA 18617. The project aims to demolish existing structures and complete necessary environmental remediation to reduce risk and improve the property's marketability for sale, ultimately positioning DGS to convey the property back to productive use. The estimated construction cost for this project is $20,000,000.00. This procurement is eligible for Small Diverse Business (SDB) and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation goals, with targets of 21% for SDB and 3% for VBE. Applicants must meet these goals or demonstrate good faith efforts.
