Description
The Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) requires preventative maintenance, performance verification, support, and annual recertification of calibration for a PAMAS Particle Count Analyzer, Model Number SBSS, Serial Number 320-2283. The services will be performed on-site at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Materials Test Laboratory (MARMTL) Facility located at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Building 184, Room 367, Portsmouth, VA 23709. Upon completion of the service, PAMAS shall provide an itemized work order detailing the inspection, preventative maintenance, verification/certification, and/or repair performed. If the instrument is found to be inoperative or fails to meet specifications, PAMAS shall perform repairs at no additional charge. If additional parts, repairs, or labor/travel are required outside the scope of this specification, PAMAS shall provide a separate itemized quotation. A performance verification certificate will be provided after certification. Contractors will be required to obtain a DBIDS card to gain access to NNSY. Specific procedures for obtaining this card are outlined in the Statement of Work. Restrictions on Portable Electronic Devices (PEDs) within NNSY facilities also apply.
